What I enjoyed about the programme most…….

• Every single session challenged my current perceptions and ways of thinking to a very high degree.
• All the sessions were a great balance of exercises, theory and demo. The course seemed to flow perfectly. I have completed a lot of soft skills training, both formally and informally with a lot of talented trainers and this is without a doubt the most insightful, inspiring and meaningful training I have experienced.
• Meeting others interested in the same thing, presentation and pacing.
• The future based exercises. Stories, reframing, timelines, language models.
• Discussion, humour, practising, completing the test questions (surprisingly), getting some free coaching,
• The practical application of the teaching and the balance of having two very effective but different trainers.
• I can see how logically the content flowed together and built up skills. Excellent variety of teaching theory, discussion and lots of practice.
• I really enjoyed the whole programme but the part I enjoyed the most would be representational systems, Milton language and unconscious patterns of excellence.
• The group rapport, space and time given.
• The opportunity to practice techniques.

What I will take away with me from this course…………

• Confidence to actually apply the techniques to personal and work situations and the inspiration to do so.
• The ability to change and help others. HOPE.
• Lots of tools and techniques. Personal insights into my facilitation style and communication.
• Loads and loads – personally and professionally.
• Loads more skills with the confidence and knowledge to practically use and apply it in the real world – with clients, work and myself.
• I now have access to a window through which I can begin to understand the internal world of both myself and others.
• Resources, freedom, skills, confidence, CHOICE.

• It is fun a fun, energising and motivating course which provides essential communication and ‘change work’ skills and the knowledge to practically apply them.
• A great course to find out more about yourself and to gain tools to help you with any blockages. But for anybody that works with individuals or groups it will help in giving lots of extra tools to use with clients. Highly enjoyable.
